Today, I would like to share a new movie with you which has caught my attention，’Dorihwaga (The Sound of a Flower)’.

This much anticipated film stars Bae Suzy, a member of the girl group Miss A, and an icon of first love for her successful role in ‘Architecture 101,’ as well as Ryu Seung-ryong, an experienced actor who has appeared in many epic historical dramas, including ‘Masquerade’ and ‘The Admiral: Roaring Currents.’ ‘Dorihwaga’ weaves Pansori, a type of traditional Korean music, into it's plot, and narrates a true historical story.
Set in the year 1867 in Korea when women were forbidden from performing Pansori. The movie narrates the story of the first female Pansori performer Chae-Sun and her teacher, Pansori master Shin Jae-Hyo.
兩位主演的合作讓影片受到大眾期待，一個是電影《建築學概論》被譽為國民初戀的，偶像組合Miss A成員裴秀智( 배수지)，另一位是出演過很多大型歷史片，比如《光海》，《鳴梁》的演技派演員柳承龍（류승룡）。除此之外，這部影片是以韓國傳統音樂之一的“盤索里”（판소리）為素材，講述了歷史中一個真實人物的故事。
电影的历史背景是在1867年的朝鲜，这是女生说唱一直以来都是禁止的时代，不过这里有一位朝鲜最早的女性说唱家‘陈彩仙’和她的老师“盘索里”大家‘申在孝’的故事。
